ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ស្តីពីសន្ធានកម្មប្រព័ន្ធវិក្កយបត្រអេឡិចត្រូនិក រវាង អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថល នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និង ក្រុមហ៊ុន ខាស-ប៊ីហ្ស ថេកណឡជី នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ១៣កើត ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថល នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។
អនុស្សរណៈនេះមានគោលបំណងសំខាន់ចំនួន ២ គឺ៖
១. ធ្វើសន្ធានកម្មប្រព័ន្ធវិក្កយបត្រអេឡិចត្រូនិកកម្ពុជា ជាមួយប្រព័ន្ធ FaceAzure Online។
២. ដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការការប្រើប្រាស់ វិក្កយបត្រអេឡិចត្រូនិក សម្រាប់អតិថិជន ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយការប្រើប្រាស់វិក្កយបត្រក្រដាស សន្សំពេលវេលា កាត់បន្ថយការចំណាយព្រមទាំងបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារ និងភាពងាយស្រួលក្នុងការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។
កិច្ចសហការនេះគឺជាជំហានដ៏សំខាន់មួយក្នុងការជំរុញបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលនៅកម្ពុជា និងការប្រើប្រាស់វិក្កយបត្រអេឡិចត្រូនិក ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់អាជីវកម្មសម្រាប់ការរីកចម្រើនក្នុងយុគសម័យឌីជីថល។

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony on the Integration of the Electronic Invoicing System between the General Department of Digital Economy of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and CAS-BIZ Technology Co., Ltd., was held on the afternoon of 26 August 2026. The ceremony took place at the General Department of Digital Economy of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
This Memorandum of Understanding has two key objectives:
1. To integrate Cambodia’s Electronic Invoicing System with the FaceAzure Online system.
2. To implement the use of electronic invoices for customers in order to reduce the use of paper invoices, save time, lower costs, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate greater ease in conducting business.
This collaboration represents an important step toward advancing digital transformation in Cambodia and promoting the adoption of electronic invoicing, thereby supporting businesses in achieving growth and development in the digital era.
