We are looking for a highly experienced Odoo Functional Expert with deep expertise across core business domains, including Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, and Inventory Management. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how they translate into efficient ERP workflows.
This role requires more than system knowledge. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that the ERP solution is not only correctly configured but also fully adopted and understood by end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand client business processes across finance, HR, payroll, and supply chain operations
Gather detailed requirements through workshops, interviews, and user feedback sessions
Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with Odoo capabilities
Configure and validate ERP workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Lead user onboarding, including training sessions, documentation, and hands-on support
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement
Monitor system usage and identify gaps to improve user engagement and process alignment
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Odoo modules: Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Inventory
Solid understanding of business operations and financial processes
Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to drive user adoption and ensure successful ERP implementation
Role Objective:
Ensure that the ERP system is effectively implemented, fully understood, and consistently used by clients and their teams, maximizing operational efficiency and long-term value.
