We will remove unnecessary clutter to improve the computer’s performance and secure the computer by insuring pre-installed privacy software to control viruses and spyware are present or installing. Free Software can be provided.
Repairs and Upgrades, Diagnostic with Repair and Prevention – We will provide an all inclusive diagnosis, including a physical cleaning, virus/spyware removal, and operating system repair to find the cause of crashes, lockups, and undetermined slowness or Internet problems. Enjoy better performance and a faster computer speed.
Data Services – Backup/Recovery/Restore - Lost your data? let us diagnose your computer before your throw it in the trash, we may be able to get it back for you. Worried about losing data, We can setup a backup system to insure your data is safe and secure.
Operating System and Software Install/Upgrade - We will install almost any compatible software title and the installation of the latest versions of Microsoft© Windows or MAC OS X© that best suits your needs and all related critical system updates and upgrades. Operating System and Software not included.
Hardware Install (upgrade/service) - We will install any PC or MAC compatible internal or external hardware device such as a Graphics/video card, memory, hard drives, or optical drives.
Blackberry / iPhone / Droid / iPod / MP3 / Digital Camera Setup – We will setup your digital media devices such as digital cameras, iPod’s, MP3 players, handheld devices, digital communication devices so you can sync up and be on the go and walk you through the process.
ISP (Internet Service Provider) Connection Service – We can help to get you started with a new ISP broadband service – or get you up and running with your current service. Note: Additional charges may apply if hardware is necessary, such as a modem, router or cabling. Internet Service Provider not included.
VoIP (Telephone Service via Internet ) Installation – We will set-up or troubleshoot VoIP devices on an existing functional network, and activate accounts as well as test the VoIP device for proper functionality. Hardware and VoIP service not included.
