an inspiring story

THE STORY OF THE TINY FROGS:

There was once a bunch of tiny frogs who arranged a running competition,
A large crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer the contestants.
Honestly, No one in the crowd believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower.
You heard shouts such as:
"Oh! Way too difficult. They will never make it to the top!"
Or,
"Not a Chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!"
The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by One...
Except those who in a fresh tempo kept climbing higher and higher.
The crowd continued yelling; "Its too Difficult, No one will make it."
More tiny frogs got tired and gave up.
But one frog kept going higher and higher and higher. This one wouldn't give up!
At the end only he made it to the top.
Curiously,
One contestant asked him how he had managed to reach the goal.
It turned out...
That the winner was...
DEAF!!
The moral of this story is;
Never Listen to other people's tendencies to be negative or pessimistic.
Therefore,
Be DEAF when people tell YOU that YOU cannot fulfill YOUR dreams!

How long have you lived in that house? How long do you think you will live in it? When you move out even after 20 years will you get anything back?
Well, there is a new scheme in the market where you choose a house of your choice, say 3.5M make a deposit of 175,000/= and choose the duration to repay. Depending on how long you want to repay as you would pay rent (5yrs - 40 years) you can pay rent / repayment of between 55,416.67 to 6,927.08 per month.
So you pay rent but the house is yours.
