/ iHub did a cool thing and featured us on campaign, alongside 29 inspiring women across Africa.

They amplified a powerful reminder that when women are given access to opportunity and support, the impact goes far beyond one person.
Through Uptyke Education our passion is making digital learning accessible, inclusive, engaging, and joyful for children with disabilities, using fun, hands-on experiences that truly include every learner.

If I could give something to the woman coming next, it would be this:

Opportunity may open the door, but networks make the journey easier, through meaningful connections, shared experiences, and honest conversations about both the painful and joyful moments of building. The setbacks, the growth, the impact.

And beyond that: I would remind her:
You’ve got this. Keep moving. Keep building. I’m cheering you on.
I’m deeply grateful to have received both opportunity and support and I believe every woman deserves the same.

A look back at our Njathaini Primary School visit, where the Uptyke Education team engaged educators and parents in an interactive session showcasing our digital learning platform. The visit aimed to create awareness of how technology can support inclusive education and enhance learning experiences for all learners, including those with disabilities.

As an EdTech committed to accessibility and innovation, Uptyke believes that empowering both educators and parents with digital skills and awareness is the foundation of inclusion. By equipping them with the right tools, we move closer to classrooms where every child has an equal opportunity to learn and thrive.

At the launch of the Global Deafblindness Resource Hub by Sense International, our founder & CEO emphasised that inclusion must start from the lived experiences of learners, parents, and communities. Their voices are not an afterthought. They are the foundation of meaningful innovation.
