Know someone who’s shipped LLM-powered apps to production and can break down tokens, RAG, and prompt engineering for a first-time developer? We want to hear from them.

You’ll lead our 280-hour AI Development Bootcamp, guiding a cohort through a 5.5-month journey from first HTML page to a deployed, monitored LLM service.

What we’re looking for:
✅ 3+ years shipping software, 1+ year with LLM apps in production
✅ Strong Python/FastAPI, JavaScript, and frontend fundamentals
✅ Hands-on with OpenAI SDK, Mistral AI, LangChain, RAG, and agents
✅ Comfortable with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and AWS basics
✅ A passion for mentoring career changers into tech

Last Friday, we hosted From Code to Boardroom: a practical communication lab for techies and founders, facilitated by Communication & Voice Coach John Wafula

The session tackled something so many technical minds face: knowing your product, your numbers, your solution inside out, but struggling to translate that knowledge for someone else, whether it’s a developer, a CEO, a customer, or an investor.

By the end, the shift was clear: from “I know what I want to say” to “I know how to say it.”
