Shahid Yakub serves as Founder and Managing Director of Moto Moto Africa Ltd, a dynamic enterprise delivering cutting-edge ICT products, security technologies, enterprise systems, and green-energy innovations across multiple African markets. In parallel, he leads Moto Seen Africa a media platform dedicated to showcasing Africa's beauty and potential, fostering a positive and impactful narrative about the continent. Over more than a decade, Shahid has built these ventures into regional leaders recognized for innovation, sustainability, and strategic community impact.
His leadership is defined by forging strategic partnerships spanning Pakistan, Türkiye, UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, China, Brazil, and the EU, allowing him to bridge markets, cultures, and opportunities on a global scale. Shahid’s influence extends to major conferences and diplomatic forums such as AFEX Istanbul, Pakistan-Kenya Business Council, Turkish African Business Association, World Memon Business Forum and Memon Leadership Forum, where he actively promotes cross-border trade and cultural exchange.
Beyond business, Shahid is deeply committed to philanthropy, youth empowerment, and community development. As Vice President of the International Memon Organization (IMO) East Africa, he spearheads the VISION 100 Initiative, a multi-decade roadmap empowering youth, entrepreneurs, and communities through education, skill-building, environmental action, and social infrastructure programs. His leadership of longstanding programs like food relief, borehole drilling, orphan care, and emergency drought and COVID-19 relief underscores his dedication to social impact.
