As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a results-driven 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to join our Dhaka office.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Lead and manage company-wide events and programs from planning to ex*****on and evaluation.
• Coordinate end-to-end event operations, including logistics, vendors, budgeting, branding, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage external partnerships, exposure events, and internal employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ex*****on and aligned event experiences.
• Prepare post-event reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• 2+ years of experience in 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A passion for youth development, innovation, and impactful experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel nationally and occasionally work evenings or weekends during event periods.
• 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱: Experience in education, startup ecosystem, or non-profit event coordination.
