Haneda Robotics Labは、日本航空株式会社とWHILL株式会社と共に、空港をご利用の全ての人にシームレスな移動をご提供することを目的に、自動運転パーソナルモビリティ（次世代型電動車いす）の共同プロジェクトとして、羽田空港での電動車いすの試験走行を実施します。

　2019年7月から8月にかけて、遠隔操作ロボットCAIBAの試験導入を実施致しました。
　2020年度からの案内業務における実導入に向けて、今回は、日々お客様にご案内業務を実施している羽田旅客サービス㈱のスタッフに一部の時間帯ではありますが、実際に遠隔操作による案内業務を担当していただきました。
　過去の試験導入時と同様に、お客様から好評を得ることができたのと同時に、製品改良により操作性が向上したこともあって、実際に操作を担当したスタッフからも将来的な活用に向けて好感触を得ることができました。

We have carried out a field testing of an avatar information robot “CAIBA”, from July to August 2019, for the future deployment in information and guidance purposes by year 2020.

This time, the staff of Haneda Airport Service who is in charge of information and guidance at Haneda Airport, took a role of the operator of CAIBA for some period of time, looking toward the future deployment by airport staff for guidance purpose.

As in the case of past field testing, the performance of CAIBA was very well received by the passengers. At same time, also the staff of Haneda Airport Service who has actually controlled CAIBA got a good grip on future use, due to the improved handleability by of the improvement of the product.

　2019年9月4日（水）～6日（金）の3日間、
米国ラスベガスのアリア・リゾートにて開催された「Future Travel Experience Global 2019」にて、
これまで羽田空港の旅客ターミナル内において試験導入や実証実験を行ってきたロボット事業者4社様と共にブースを出展し、情報発信に係る活動をしてまいりました。
　
　HRLの活動概要エリアでは、HRL発足の経緯や日本空港ビルデングがロボット社会実装に貢献する意義などについての訴求を行い、
ロボット展示やデモンストレーションのエリアでは、
事業者様とHRLスタッフが一丸となって羽田でのロボット稼働状況のPR等を行いました。

　ロボットのラインナップについては以下の通りです：
・EMIEW3/株式会社日立製作所
・CAIBA/インディ・アソシエイツ株式会社
・cinnamon/ドーナッツ・ロボティクス株式会社
・INMOTION/株式会社A.M.Y.クリエイティブ

　国内外の航空・空港関連企業を中心に多くの方が当ブースにご来訪いただきましたが、各種ロボットの早期かつ本格的な導入への期待のお声が非常に高かったです。

　また、会期最終日にはカンファレンスでHRLプロジェクト進捗状況について説明をさせていただきました。

Haneda Robotics Lab has exhibited a booth at “Future Travel Experience Global 2019” held at ARIA Resort&Casino, Las Vegas, United States from 4th to 6th September 2019, and worked on dispatch of information together with four robot manufactures who has done field test or experiment at Haneda airport in the past.

In the area of the booth showing the overview of HRL activities, we have explained the history of inauguration and the significance that Japan Airport Terminal is contributing to deployment of the robot in Japan. In the area of exhibition and demonstration of HRL robots, we have promoted the running status of each robot at Haneda Airport as a united HRL team .

The lineup of the robots are listed below:
-EMIEW3/Hitachi, Ltd.
-CAIBA/Indy Associated Co., Ltd.
-cinnamon/donut robotics
-INMOTION/A.M.Y. Creative Corp.

We had a large number of visitors to our booth that are mainly the people working at airlines and airport companies all over the world, and we heard a lot of voice of expectation to the early deployment of the robots at Haneda airport.
At the last day of the exhibition, we had a chance to make a speech as Haneda Robotics Lab at the conference, and transmitted about the current progress of our project.
