株式会社InsightXは、DNX Venturesを引受先とした第三者割当増資により、シリーズA 1st closeにおいて総額6億円の資金調達を実施いたしました。
当社は、パーソナライズを軸としたCX（Customer Experience, 顧客体験）変革AIプラットフォーム「InsightX」を提供しています。世界初の独自技術『シェルフ型レコメンド®』を中核に、オンワード様、パル様、ルミネ様、アーバンリサーチ様をはじめとするBtoC企業様のAIトランスフォーメーションを支援してまいりました。
また、本ラウンドに合わせて共同代表制を導入いたしました。代表取締役CEO 中沢弘樹に加え、佐竹佑基（元取締役COO）が代表取締役CEOに就任し、経営体制を強化いたします。
今回調達した資金は、プロダクト開発の強化、営業・マーケティング体制の拡充、およびハイクラス人材の採用に投資し、BtoC業界全体のAIトランスフォーメーションをリードする存在へと成長してまいります。

InsightX Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of a Series A 1st close funding round, raising a total of ¥600 million (approximately $4 million) through a third-party allotment of shares underwritten by DNX Ventures.
InsightX provides an AI-powered CX (Customer Experience) transformation platform centered on personalization. Leveraging our proprietary "Shelf-type Recommend®" technology, we support the AI transformation of leading B2C companies in Japan, including Onward, PAL, Lumine, and Urban Research.
Concurrent with this funding round, we have introduced a Co-CEO structure to strengthen our management team. Yuki Satake, formerly COO, has been appointed as Co-CEO alongside Hiroki Nakazawa.
The funds raised will be invested in product development, sales and marketing expansion, and the recruitment of top-tier talent as we accelerate our mission to lead AI transformation across the B2C industry.
