L'articolo pubblicato da ANSA e firmato da Alessandro Libri racconta la partecipazione di IDJ – Italian Design Japan a Interior Lifestyle Tokyo 2026, uno dei principali appuntamenti dedicati al design in Asia.

L'evento ha visto il coinvolgimento di numerosi professionisti di IDJ che, attraverso il tema “RE-DESIGN. Rigenerare spazi, oggetti, idee e relazioni”, hanno presentato progetti, approcci e visioni differenti, mostrando come il design possa reinterpretare l'esistente e trasformare risorse, contesti e relazioni in nuove opportunità di innovazione e crescita.

Nel corso dell'incontro, alcuni membri di IDJ hanno condiviso esperienze e riflessioni sul ruolo del design contemporaneo, offrendo al pubblico una panoramica delle diverse competenze e sensibilità che caratterizzano la comunità italiana del design attiva in Giappone.

L'iniziativa ha rappresentato un'importante occasione per promuovere il dialogo professionale e culturale tra Italia e Giappone e valorizzare il contributo di architetti, designer e creativi italiani nel contesto giapponese.

The ANSA article by Alessandro Libri highlights the participation of IDJ – Italian Design Japan at Interior Lifestyle Tokyo 2026, one of Asia’s leading events dedicated to design.

The event brought together numerous IDJ professionals who, through the theme “RE-DESIGN. IDJ @ Interior Lifestyle 2026

In occasione di Interior Lifestyle 2026, i soci IDJ si sono confrontati sul tema “RE-DESIGN. Rigenerare spazi, oggetti, idee e relazioni”, raccontando attraverso i propri progetti come il design possa reinterpretare l’esistente e trasformare risorse, contesti e relazioni in nuove opportunità di crescita, innovazione e valore.

L’incontro ha offerto prospettive diverse ma complementari sul concetto di rigenerazione, mettendo in luce il ruolo del design come strumento capace di creare connessioni, generare cambiamento e contribuire a uno sviluppo più consapevole e sostenibile.

Un sentito ringraziamento a ITA – Italian Trade Agency e all’Ambasciata d’Italia in Giappone per il prezioso supporto, e ai soci IDJ per aver condiviso esperienze, visioni e progetti, dando vita a un dialogo stimolante e ricco di spunti.

On the occasion of Interior Lifestyle 2026, IDJ members gathered to discuss the theme “RE-DESIGN. Regenerating Spaces, Objects, Ideas, and Relationships,” sharing through their projects how design can reinterpret what already exists and transform resources, contexts, and relationships into new opportunities for growth, innovation, and value.

As part of Interior Lifestyle Tokyo 2026, IDJ – Italian Design Japan, in collaboration with ITA – Italian Trade Agency, is pleased to present:
