お客様にサービスの支払いをオンラインで行っていただく際に、2つのオプションを提供できるようになりました。例えば、Flywire（お客様の通貨で支払う）とStripe（貴社の通貨で支払う）など、組み合わせて選択肢を提供できます。

New Feature: Provide Customers with Payment Choices

ユーザー権限に新しく「最高管理者」の権限が追加されました！
この権限を付与すると、アカウント作成時に作られるアカウントマスターユーザー（旧最高管理者）とは別のユーザーに、アカウントマスターユーザー（旧最高管理者）と同等の権限を与えることが可能です。

これにより、アクセスを管理しつつ、アカウントマスターユーザー以外のユーザーにも「ユーザー管理ページ」や「アカウントの編集ページ」といった今まではアカウントマスターユーザーに限定されていたページの管理権限を付与することが可能になりました。

New Feature: Permission for "Charging to Credit Card Tokens"🎉
A recent system change to help manage which users can charge against credit card tokens stored in the system.

Until now, it has been possible for any user with Manage Bookings permission to charge against credit card tokens. A new permission, Charge To Token is now required to do so.

User permissions can be managed by Super Admin users in the User page.

新機能：「クレジットカードトークンへ請求」ユーザー権限
システムに保存されたクレジットカードトークンを利用してゲストに請求する権限をどのユーザーに付与するかを管理するための機能が追加されました。

今までは「予約管理」を持つユーザーなら誰でもクレジットカードトークンに請求を行うことができましたが、今後は、新しく追加された「クレジットカードトークンに請求（Charge To Token User）」権限が必要になります。

ユーザー権限は最高管理者ユーザーによって「ユーザー」ページにて管理していただけます。

[ECS/SSMS] New Guest Information Option in Customer Fields added✨
We’re thrilled to introduce a new feature on the “Guest Fields” page that allows users to require guests to register the number of guests and provide details for each guest at the time of booking.

This feature ensures that all necessary information is collected from guests during the booking process. When used alongside product options and other Guest Fields settings, it helps users gather comprehensive guest information, improving accuracy and service delivery.

[ECS/SSMS] 顧客フィールドに新しいオプションが追加されました✨
予約時にゲストの人数を登録し各ゲストの詳細の追加を必須にするオプションが「顧客フィールド」ページに追加されました。
この機能を使うことで、ユーザーはゲストにサービスを利用するゲスト全員の情報を入力してもらうことが可能になります。
商品オプションやその他の顧客フィールドのオプションと併せて使うことで、予約時に必要なゲスト情報を漏れなく集めるための新機能です。

Our latest update introduces a “BookingID” merge tag to the Rich Messages for the Customer Intranet. This addition allows guests to directly add items to their existing bookings with ease.

For example, guests who have made accommodation bookings can click on a merge tag-enabled link from their Customer Intranet page. This link directs them to the guest service booking page, where they can effortlessly add services or additional items to their reservation package.

An exciting new feature designed to simplify the booking process for your guests.

新しく追加された「BookingID」マージタグでゲストが自分で簡単に追加の予約ができるリンクをお客様ポータルページに追加することが可能になりました！
リッチメッセージ編集画面でこのタグを組み込んだゲストサービス予約ページへのリンク作成してお客様ポータルページに埋め込むことで、例えば、宿泊を予約したゲストがお客様ポータルページのリンクから直接ゲストサービス予約ページにアクセスし、さくっと追加のサービスを宿泊予約のパッケージに加えることが可能になります。
