We are a leading IT solutions company based in Amman seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site and remote technical support Biometric devices (attendance & access control systems) software, and hardware solutions, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
1–2 years of hands-on experience in technical support Biometric devices (attendance & access control systems)
Must own a car for field visits
Amman residents preferred
Good English language skills (spoken and written)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Priority to those with previous experience in Biometric devices (attendance & access control systems).

Job Description:
ERP and HR System Implementer will be responsible for overseeing the full implementation lifecycle of a ERP and HR. This role will involve system selection, configuration, integration, data migration, user training, and ongoing system support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Implementation & Customization
2. User Training & Support
3. System Monitoring & Maintenance
4. Documentation & Reporting
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree computer science or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing ERP and HR System.
• Experience in leading full implementation cycles, from system selection to post-launch support.
• Previous experience in HR or payroll administration is a must.
Skills & Expertise:
