International Filmmaker Collective „ENTROTERRA“ is an italian word that means a land away from the coast. We come from Italy, Switzerland and Germany.

Our idea of „ENTROTERRA“ is focusing on any part of the world in which normally nobody is interested, or where aparently nothing happens .That, for instance, could mean putting attention to an unattended part of a city or aswell on a little village in the middle of nowhere. ENTROTERRAFILM wants to reflect on the medium film itself, about the impact of film on society, on people’s lives, but also o

n interaction between team, camera and people acting. At the moment WE are a small group of three young people. We are a filmmaker, a photographer and a graphic designer. We come from different professional fields and we have different backgrounds. We bring different ideas, different approaches from different realities. Participation is the keyword: we want to actively involve participants in the creative process in order to establish an horizontal relationship between the film, its protagonists, the author and the public. We are looking for people with experience in the audiovisual field, in particular with a background in film, who are willing to share their skills and ideas. Producers, editors, sound technicians, cinematographers are welcome. We are also looking for people who are willing to acquire these skills through a shared learning experience. The project will be initially based in Leipzig, but everyone that has interest is invited to discuss and decide together how to build and develop this project. [email protected]

Siamo lieti di annunciare ufficialmente (seppur con il ritardo e la lentezza che ci contraddistingue):

Venerdì 5 Agosto, TREVICO
proiezione del film "IL FREDDO, IL SILENZIO E LE COSE NUOVE".

La proiezione sarà nella piazza del Tiglio, gratuita ed aperta a tutti: saremo presenti insieme ai protagonisti Vincenzo e Nunzio per scambiare due chiacchiere con chiunque sarà interessato.
Sarà un'esclusiva anteprima ed un regalo per gli abitanti di Trevico che hanno reso possibile il tutto attraverso la loro ospitalità e la loro partecipazione.

Nella sede di Entroterra Film è tutto pronto per una proiezione/test-che-tutto-funzioni perfettamente.

Venerdi 5 Agosto a Trevico, in piazza, l'anteprima ufficiale. Presto ci saranno aggiornamenti.

Il montaggio é completo. Domani controlleremo che tutto funzioni alla perfezione, pronti ad iniziare la correzione del colore e il mix del suono.

Nei prossimi giorni pubblicheremo una piccola riflessione sui due mesi trascorsi a Trevico, e su quello che "Il freddo, il silenzio e le cose nuove" ha rappresentato e continua a rappresentare per noi.

Un primissimo e grezzissimo montaggio del film é stato completato. Il film dura circa 105 minuti, a colori, proiettabile in 2K con suono stereo 2.0.

A first and very rough cut of the film was completed. The film is ca. 105 minutes long, in color, and will have a final resolution of 2K and 2.0 stereo sound.

Qualche giorno fa abbiamo spedito dalla Germania un pacco con alcuni regali per i nostri amici di Trevico.
Lo hanno aperto insieme, come se noi fossimo lì. Abbiamo gettato le basi per un'esperienza collettiva, loro la stanno portando avanti anche senza di noi.

Questo era il vero obiettivo della nostra esperienza in paese, il film solo un piccolo aspetto.

"Il freddo, il silenzio e le cose nuove"

Un film, un'esperienza collettiva, un piccolo paese di montagna.
Dal basso, fianco a fianco, giorno per giorno. Il film inteso come sequenza di immagini e suoni è stato solo una piccola parentesi dell'aver vissuto a Trevico.

Torneremo.

We are almost done with the shooting time.
Only two days more in Trevico and we are really sad to leave this lovely village and our friends.
After Trevico there will be a lot of work in postproduction - we want to make it finished as soon as possible to come back here and show our project to the people of Trevico.
To show them their film!

Siamo arrivati a Trevico due mesi fa, trovando un'atmosfera di nebbia e freddo. Abbiamo deciso di chiamare il film "Il freddo, il silenzio e le cose nuove". Iniziate le riprese, abbiamo trovato solo belle giornate. Tutto sta andando al contrario di come avevamo previsto.

Loro sono Felice e Ciriaco al "ponte". L'immagine è un fotogramma del film.
