Riaa Ware spotted in Milan, Italy.

Various sizes of Riaa Ware plates were used to serve the visitors during the Expo Milano 2015 courtesy of FAMA to promote carambola (star fruit) to the world.

The Expo Milano 2015, themed “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life” “is the largest worldwide event ever organized to unite countries, institutions, companies and people around the world to discuss and discover issues related to the availability of sufficient safe, nutritious food and the traditions and culture of food.”

According to its website, “Expo Milano 2015, takes place from May 1st to October 31st and involves more than 22 million visitors and more than 130 countries in exhibitions and thousands of events. EXPO 2015 extends its reach to over one billion people through Cyber EXPO 2015 and an international program of initiatives and events aimed at engaging the global community.

Malaysian was involved for one week and Dato' Johari aka Chef Jo was there throughout.
