Wrapping up an inspiring experience at the Fundraising Festival in Riccione!

The Fundraising Festival in Riccione is just over, after three amazing days. As sponsor for the first time, we proudly participated with a session titled "Digital that works as a team: how to build partnerships that (truly) work”, to explore how collaboration can drive real impact.

Claudia Angelini, our Italian Country Manager, and Francesco Litrico, our Volunteer Coordinator, shared practical insights, real-life stories, and key strategies for building partnerships that amplify efforts to bridge the digital divide.

Hearing stories of transformation—from seniors learning to video call their families to students discovering the power of coding—reminded us why we do what we do.

This event was more than just a milestone; it was a chance to connect, collaborate, and inspire action. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and shared their passion for making a difference!

For the third consecutive year, our Chief Operating Officer, Giovanna Bottani, has been invited as a speaker to the Global Digital Transformation Centers Workshop, organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and Cisco which will take place this year in Santo Domingo.

Her participation on June 10th will be an opportunity to:

🔹 Present the progress of our strategic collaboration launched in 2023 with ITU and several DTCs
🔹 Propose a next step to further enhance the impact of the Introduction to Computer Basics for the Visually Impaired (ICB4VI) course
🔹 Highlight and promote all our courses aimed at closing the digital divide
🔹Seek new partners interested in scaling up our shared mission of inclusive digital education.

As always, we bring to the table not only experience and results but also a deep belief: that digital inclusion is not just a right but also a lever for dignity, opportunity, and independence.

Together with our partners, we continue working to ensure that no one is left behind in the digital age.
