कल से दो तीन न्यूज पोर्टलो पर स्टोरी पढ चुका हूँ ,कि फलाँ फलाँ छात्र के 600/600 अंक आये है, यानि 100% स्कोर किया है । फिर भी छात्र/छात्रा संतुष्ट नही है ।

अगर सही तरीके से उत्तर पुस्तिकाओ का मूल्यांकन किया जाये , तो भी केवल मल्टीपल च्वाईस प्रश्नो के अलावा ये किसी भी सूरत संभव नही कि , 100% स्कोर कर लिया जाये ।

descriptive प्रश्नो का उत्तर देते हुए, भले ही किसी छात्र के पास दुर्लभ "फोटोजेनिक मैमोरी" क्यों ना हो , फिर भी मैथ के अलावा किसी भी सबजेक्ट मे 100% अंक ले पाना संभव नही है ।
स्टेप मार्किंग ने फिजिक्स केमिस्ट्री में भी फुल मार्क्स पॉसिबल कर दिए हैं... लेकिन प्रैक्टिकल एग्जाम मूल्यांकन के ऊपर प्रश्न चिन्ह है।

पता नही कैसे ,आज के examiner ,आखिर इन उत्तर पुस्तिकाओ का मूल्यांकन करते होंगे ???

इन 99% प्रतिशत, 100% वालो की पोल कुछ ही दिनो बाद खुल जाती है । प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओ मे कहाँ घुस जाती है ये काबिलियत ???

प्री- मेडिकल , इंजीनियरिंग या फिर सिविल सर्विसेज को ही देख लीजिए, प्रश्नो का उत्तर , चार विकल्पो मे से चुनना होता है , तब भी 100% तो छोडिये , 80% स्कोर के लाले पड जाते है । यहाँ तो वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्नो को तो छोड ही दिजिए , Descriptive यानि विस्तार पूर्वक उत्तर लिखकर भी पूरे अंक मिल रहे है , क्या लिखने वाले ने कोमा , फुल स्टाॅप , ग्रामर , स्पेलिंग मे एक भी गलती नही करी ????

मजाक बनकर रह गया ये मूल्यांकन सिस्टम ।

आजकल तो हर स्टेट माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड भी खुलेआम नंबर बाँट रहा है । हमने तो वो वक्त देखा है ,सन् 1993- 1994 का , जब 60% प्रतिशत अंक लेकर "फर्स्ट डिवीजन" बनाने मे छक्के छूट जाते थे । और यकीन मानिये , पूरे स्कूल मे बामुश्किल एक या दो जियाले ही ऐसे होते थे , जो "फर्स्ट डिवीजन" ला पाते थे।

ये 98% और 99% प्रतिशत केवल पेरेंट्स को मूर्ख बनाने का सर्कस है । बाद मे जब यही बच्चे मेडिकल , इंजीनियरिंग की प्रतियोगिता मे बैठकर सीट नही निकाल पाते तो ,माता-पिता को लगता है , उनके जीनियस पुत्र अथवा पुत्री के साथ अन्याय हो गया ।
फिर शुरू होता है , रेजोनेंस, आकाश , बंसल से इंस्टीट्यूट्स मे बच्चो को घिसने और अपनी चमडी उतरवाने का गंदा खेल । मगर सीट फिर भी नही मिलती ।
फिर माँ-बाप खुद को बेच डालने के स्तर पर उतर आते है । गाँव की जमीन , मकान बेच डालते है । मोटा कर्जा उठाते है , भ्रष्टाचार की गंदी गटर मे कूदकर पैसा उलीचते है , कि येन केन प्रकारेण बच्चे को मेडिकल /इंजीनिरिंग करने यूक्रेन, रूस, चीन , बांग्लादेश भेजना है ,क्योकि उनका नौनिहाल दसवीं मे 99% और बारहवीं मे 98% लाया था । जबकि हकीकत ये है कि उनका 99% लाने वाले शूरमा , "कंबाईंड ग्रेजुएट लेवल" स्टाफ सलेक्शन कमीशन की प्रतियोगी परीक्षा मे 80 और 90% तो छोडिये , 60% भी नही ला पाता ।

ये जो 100% लाकर भी संतुष्ट नही है, पहले तो एक बेंत लेकर , इनकी अच्छी तरह से खबर लेने जरूरत है , ताकि इन्हे संतुष्टि मिल सके। इनकी बुद्धि की पोल यही खुल जाती है , कोई पूछे कि भाई 100% लाकर भी संतुष्ट नही हो तो फिर कितने नंबर लाना चाहते थे ?????

माता -पिता से कहूंगा ,कि फालतू के सपने मत पालो , बच्चो की नंबर की दौड मे डालकर ,उनके सर्वांगीण विकास , शारिरिक क्षमताओ , स्पोर्ट्स , और एक्सट्रा कैरिकुलर्स पर ध्यान दो । जीवन मे उन्हे जो बनना होगा वो अपने आप बन जायेंगें । हर बच्चा सुंदर पिचाई नही होता , हर बच्चा अपने आप मे यूनिक है । केवल इंजीनियर और डाॅक्टर बनकर ही लोग सफल नही कहलाते , जीवन मे कुछ करने को हजारो फील्ड है , नाम और शोहरत के लिए 100% लाना जरूरी है । बल्कि सच तो ये है , पूरी दुनिया मे शायद ही आज तक कोई महान व्यक्ति ऐसा हुआ होगा, जिसने अपनी स्कूलिंग के दिनो मे 100% स्कोर किया हो ।

सनद रहे 100% तो कभी "एल्बर्ट आइन्सटीन" को नही मिले, थाॅमस अल्वा ऐडीसन तो बेचारा स्कूल से ही निकाल दिया गया था ।
