This photo takes me back to when I was 26 years old.
Like many young entrepreneurs, I started with a dream, determination, and very limited resources. What I did have was a strong belief that businesses should create opportunities for people willing to work hard and build a better future.
My entrepreneurial journey began with Srushti Ads, followed by Vishwa Packers & Movers, and later Vishwanjali Technology Pvt. Ltd.
Today, as I approach 40, I realize that success is not measured only by turnover, profits, or the size of a company.
Success is measured by the people whose lives have improved because they were given an opportunity.
Success is seeing team members grow professionally, support their families, achieve their goals, and become successful in their own right.
Over the years, there have been challenges, failures, risks, sacrifices, and countless lessons. This journey has not been easy—for me, for my family at home, and for my extended business family who have stood with me through every phase.
One thing I have learned is that money, recognition, and achievements eventually follow when you stay committed to hard work, honesty, and your values.
As I look back at the young man in this photograph, I feel grateful for the journey, the people, and the opportunities that shaped me.
As I look ahead, my vision remains unchanged—to create more opportunities, build more careers, and help more people grow.
We are not just building companies. We are building people.
