One must have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks for General category and 40% marks for SC / ST with Physics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects, and Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology as optional subjects. Admission Procedure:

Admission to the first year in engineering course is made through Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE). Candidates who have passed three years Engineering Diploma or have BSc with minimum 60% marks from any institution are admitted in 2nd year in any branch of Engineering.
