She is a seasoned Business & Technology Leader with 23+ years of experience building and scaling technology advisory practices, driving digital transformation, and delivering strategic CXO-led programs across BFSI, NBFC, enterprise and public-sector organizations. She has held leadership roles with Oracle, Microsoft, EY, Grant Thornton, Delphi Consulting, Accenture and JPMorgan Chase, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams and practices, developing strategic accounts, and leading large-scale transformation and enterprise engagements.
She has built two Data & AI practices from the ground up into multi-million-dollar businesses, led global teams of 100+ across consulting, delivery and customer success, and managed large strategic engagements with deal values of up to $120M. Her expertise spans Data & AI, GenAI/Agentic AI, analytics, data governance, risk, cloud transformation and GSI-led advisory, with experience across India, UAE, Sri Lanka, the US and UK.
At Cloud Counselage, Tina will lead the B2B growth agenda, owning strategic revenue expansion, enterprise relationships, partnerships and ecosystem development across corporates, startups, colleges and institutions. She will focus on unlocking new markets, building CXO-level relationships, creating high-value strategic partnerships and scaling IAC, DTI and Growth Services as platforms for business growth, talent, innovation and entrepreneurship, advancing our mission to create measurable impact across the ecosystem โ a key pillar in our mission to empower:
