Dear Students.. A piece of advice from Maanasdhara..
Every craft begins rough. Every artist, scientist, poet, and engineer begins clumsy — their first lines awkward, their first experiments unconvincing, their first public attempts tinged with embarrassment. But in that roughness lies the first proof of authenticity. The unpolished stage of learning is not a failure; it is the only honest beginning.
We live in a world that celebrates polish. Students feel pressure to “sound smart,” to perform confidence, to appear accomplished even while learning. The result? Fear of roughness. Fear of being new. Fear of being seen in formation.
Growth has its own seasons. You cannot harvest before you plant. You cannot shine before you take form. Every master began by enduring the rough — not escaping it. So, don’t hide your rough drafts; cherish them. They are your fossils of becoming.

In the quest to shine,
we forgot the fire.
We painted our faces in borrowed light
and called the glow our own.

But the mirror cracked,
and in its quiet shards we saw—
the shine was never us,
the light was only a hint.

Beneath the glitter,
metal waited—
rough, dull, faithful,
remembering its casting flame.

Then came the silence,
the still center between breaths,
where words knelt down to listen
and mirrors learned to soften.

The fire did not roar;
it whispered.
“Become,” it said,
“not by shining,
but by holding heat.”

In that moment,
the actor found the learner,
the learner found the teacher,
and the teacher found stillness.

The teacher spoke softly,
not to fill, but to form.
“Light does not teach,” he said,
“it reveals.

You do not seek knowledge;
you allow it to remember you.”

The class was the wind,
the lesson was silence,
and the test was living kindly
when no one was watching.

Now the world spins on—
minds bright, hearts weary,
chasing reflections of success.

But somewhere,
beneath the noise of applause,
a few souls sit beside the old flame,
learning again the first lesson:
that the universe is not full of light—
it is light resting in peaceful darkness.

They polish nothing;
they simply become.
Their roughness is their prayer,
their warmth their offering.

When their time comes,
they will teach as they were taught:
not by speaking of light,
but by being calm in the dark.

And the world will remember—
what it tried so long to forget—
that every shine was born of stillness,
every form of fire,
every teacher of silence.

There is a stage where we learn to act.
There is a fire where we learn to become.
And somewhere between the two—
we learn who we are..

वह बस एक बच्चा है। अपनी सोच, धारणा एवं दृष्टिकोण को उस पर, उसके माता-पिता, परिवार, समाज या कर्म पर आरोपित कर देना बस एक आसन रास्ता भर है — लेकिन बात यह है कि वैसा सब हमारे भीतर भी मौजूद है, अलग अलग रंगों में, अलग अलग मात्राओं में, अलग अलग रूपों में और परतों में | यदि आपको पीड़ा हुई है तो बेहतर होने के लिए, आइए सबसे पहले अपने भीतर और फिर अपने आस-पास — अपनी प्रभाव-परिधि में — चारों तरफ उपस्थित इन रंगों और परतों पर काम करें। मात्र आँखें बंद करके जीना, किसी काम करने वाले को सिरफिरा कह आगे बढ़ जाना, उपदेश देकर अपनी शांति पाने की कोशिश करना बस और परतें ही पैदा करेगा ।

सबसे अवैज्ञानिक और गलत यह मान लेना है कि "हमें सच पता है", मैं असली बात जनता हूँ.. क्योंकि यही दंभ अक्सर उसी राह को ढँक देता है जो हमें वास्तव में सच की ओर ले जा सकता था । “जानने” और “खोजने” के बीच एक शांत प्रवाह होता है — जिसमें विनम्रता और जिज्ञासा से प्राप्त किये गए उत्तर सही और गलत को जानने में मदद करते हैं | कोई भी प्रश्न कभी पूरी तरह समाप्त नहीं होता । समझ की इस शांत यात्रा में, उत्तर धीरे-धीरे समझ में बदल जाते हैं। यदि आपको इस बच्चे के व्यवहार से पीड़ा हुई है, तो आइए, समझ और कर्म — दोनों की ओर बढ़ें।

He is a child. Condensing all of our inner constructs on the child/parents/family/society/karma is the easy way out and exactly having the same within ourselves just in a different gradient and color. There may be so many angles, each giving us a perspective worth pondering.
For betterment, let's work on the gradients present within us and around, in our circle of influence.
The only unscientific stance is the claim of absolute truth. Belief in possession of truth often veils the path that leads toward it. Between knowing and seeking lies a quiet current — where humility keeps inquiry alive, and wonder softens conviction.
No question is ever finally resolved — only revisited by time, thought, and new light. In the quiet unfolding of understanding, answers give way to understanding so let's move towards understanding and action.
