EMPLOYEE HEALTH INSURANCE – SERIOUS CONCERN

We took health insurance coverage for our employees with the expectation that it would provide support when our employees and their families genuinely need it.

Recently, one of our employee was hospitalized, but the insurance claim was not approved, with the explanation that the “threshold has been reached.”

What is even more concerning is that the policy is still active until October 2027, and we have already hired 10+ additional engineers who also require reliable health insurance coverage.

We have been following up for more than a month and have repeatedly been asked to wait another 24–48 hours. Despite this, we still have not received a clear written explanation or resolution.

This is not just about one claim. It is about trust, transparency, and the security of employees and their families.

We have now formally escalated the matter and requested a written clarification regarding:
• Why claims are being restricted
• The policy terms behind the “threshold” decision
• Continuity of coverage until October 2027
• Coverage for our newly hired employees
• A definitive resolution timeline

If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, we are prepared to pursue the appropriate legal and regulatory channels, including the competent Consumer Commission, as applicable.

Employees deserve insurance that they can actually rely on when it matters most.

We hope this matter is resolved fairly and transparently.
