Recent Context (July 2026)
No brand-new helpline was launched in July 2026.
The “Apnar Sarkar Apnar Pashe” service continues to be actively promoted by the government and is still the main channel for citizens to reach the CMO directly.
CM Suvendu Adhikari has also focused on other citizen-centric measures (e.g., mandatory use of Bengali in official work from 1 September 2026), but the grievance helpline itself has not changed.
