Position – Technical & Customer Support Specialist
Qualification- Undergraduates & Graduate (Any discipline)
Minimum Qualification 10+2.
Salary- 8k-13k

Job Description:
• Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
• Solving Hardware & Networking Related Issues
• Technical Trouble-shooting & Customer support to international clients over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
• Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills
• Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
• Should be flexible to Work in Night Shifts, as per business requirement.
• Home Pick & Drop facility is provided 24*7 as per company policy.
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-45 years of age)
• Undergraduates & Graduates, both are eligible
• Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred
• CA, CS, PGDM, MSc IT, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, B.Pharma, M.Pharma etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible
• Candidates pursuing any regular course or any of the above course are NOT eligible
• BE/B.TECH (Only EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible for Voice Process
