Craigmore Kattimuttu is a long-standing family estate in Kodagu, now led by third-generation producer Farokh Anklesaria. This Robusta Honey Sundried lot comes from 900 MASL, grown in clay-loamy soils with generous rainfall and a biodiversity-first approach. Farokh has planted more than 700 native tree species and uses vermicompost from the estate’s own cattle to build healthier soils.

Cherries are picked selectively, sorted by hand and run through a waterless eco-baby pulper that keeps the mucilage intact. They dry slowly on raised beds under polyhouses, with frequent turning and close moisture checks before resting for 6 to 8 weeks.

The result is a cleaner, sweeter expression of Robusta, shaped by careful picking, water-efficient processing and controlled drying. A thoughtful example of how process and patience can redefine what Robusta can taste like.
