Our recent Mass Hiring Drive was more than just recruitment—it was about finding people with the potential to grow alongside us.

Here’s how the day unfolded:
📌 22 candidates appeared for the assessment across 3 slots.
📌 The top 12 candidates from each slot progressed to the interview round.
📌 After a rigorous evaluation, 10 candidates earned their place in our team.

They’ve now begun a 4-month intensive training program, followed by a 2–3 month performance evaluation, where they’ll have the opportunity to secure a full-time role based on their growth and performance.

A huge thank you to every candidate who participated and to our incredible team who dedicated their time—from coordinating assessments and conducting interviews to mentoring our newest trainees. It truly was a team effort. 💙
