How do you design a room that inherently makes people want to look up? 🌌 For Pie Matrix, we started with a muted, minimal material palette. By using raw concrete textures and soft, sweeping curves, we created a quiet canvas. This deliberate simplicity allows the ceiling portals and the telescopes beneath them to command the room. Inspired by the endless, free-flowing nature of the universe, our latest reception area design proves that compact spaces can deliver grand experiences. This design channels cosmic fluidity through a custom-crafted wooden slat desk that mimics interstellar flow, perfectly contrasted by clean, minimalist architectural ceiling lines and a subtle crater-inspired recess. Tucking into the corner is an enveloped, intimate seating area that creates a protective, comfortable sanctuary for visitors. Every detail works together to turn a high-traffic transition zone into a memorable, experiential waiting space.
