The newest and most beautiful looking innocation of Indian Railways. The VOLTRIDER WAG 9 and KANPUR WAP 7.

Both of the locomotives are part of Indian Railways organised competition where each shade have to make a Locomotive fitted with toilet. Among those Krishnarajapuram shed Introduced their VOLTRIDER WAG 9.

And on the other hand Kanpur Introduced their Unnamed WAP 7. Personally the WAG 9 looks more elegant and eye catchy. Both locomotives bring comfort for the loco pilot with Toilet along with additional comfort features.

The Vatva Electric Shed also brings to us their WAG 9 with more pleasant Interiors and Seats, while each shed is putting their best in designing beautiful liveries with additional features lets see whose locomotive comes out the best.

डबल डेकर कार्गो लाइनर Double Decker Cargo Liner

The premier production unit of Indian Railway, the Rail Coach factory, Kapurthala. The innovative Cargo Liner coach synergizes parcel transport and coaching services.

The coach is basically a double decker design, enables transport of 6 Tonnes of cargo on its bottom deck and seating of 46 passengers on its upper deck.

The dynamic behavior trials in Phase - I have been completed upto 115 Kmph ans would next be done upto MPS of 160 Kmph in its Phase -II.

After RDSO is satisfied with all the operational aspects of the cargo liner, the RCF will manufacture more coaches and roll them out on the concept of cargo liners, a regular scheduled service on a fixed route.

डेक्कन क्वीन्सची ९३ वर्षे, Deccan Queens 93 Years

The Queen of Deccan ruling over the Mumbai-Pune Stretch for over 93 years, A daily Life line for Commuters enroute this train

On 19 August 2020, Central Railways Announced the allocation of LHB coaches coupled with a simultaneous introduction of a unique culturally significant "Green-Brown Yellow" livery on all the coaches of Deccan Queen

The Deccan Queen is one the most favourite trains among railfans, Every year on 1 June its regular pass holders, Railfans and Railway Authorities celebrate the trains birthday, Deccan Queen Entered its 93rd year of service on 1st June 2023

The Unique Livery has been finalised with numerous consultation of Commuters as well as Design Engineers The new livery features a dark green-colored main background, with brown and yellow curvilinear stripes, that run from the right end of the coach and end at 2/3rds of the length of the coach thereby giving the rake a unique GenZ look that is bound to make heads turn in conjunction with eyebrows raised.

The Delhi Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS)
Is an 82 Kms long semi high speed rail corridor currently under construction which will connect Delhi with Ghaziabad and Meerut

It is one of the three rail corridors planned under phase 1 of the RRTS project managed by National Capital Region Transportation Corporation (NCRTC)

With a Maximum speed of 180 Km/h the distance between Delhi and meerut will be covered in just 60 mins

In May 2020 Alstom engaged as the lowest bidder for manufacturing of Rolling stock of RRTS, since then it is manufactured in Alstom Gujarat Plant.

वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस also known as Train 18 is an Semi High Speed Bullet train technically an Intercity EMU train which is operated by Indian Railways only on 2 prominent routes as of march 2022

It was designed and manufactured by Integral Coach Factory chenna, Tamil Nadu. Vande Bharat Express is the great acheivement under make in India Initiative
The unit cost of 1st rake was estimated around 100 crores
At the original price it is estimated to be 40% cheaper than a similar train imported from europe.
The train was launched at 15 February 2019

Vande bharat express is capable to run at max speed of 160Km/h which can be achieved in 140 seconds fro commercial purpose
And it exceeded 180Km/h during testing
But the tracks on which train runs are not capable of supporting this high speed train
Hence the train is operated at max speed of 130Km/h

The manufacturing of Train 18 was finally completed in october 2018, and it was rolled out, It consited 80% of indigenous parts while 20% was imported.
It was planned to replace the then existing 30 year old shatabdi express which takes 15% longer time to complete the journey
Recently Railways announced budget to introduce 400 new vande bharat trains and among this Ahmedabad Mumbai Vande Bharat express performed successful trial

EMD GT46PAC was the first Passenger EMD Locomotive which is made from EMD GT46MAC the First Frieght EMD Locomotive of Indian Railways, The Original WDP 4 was Critisized because of Visibility issues while running in LHF mode, later Railways Widened the Size of Cab in WDP 4'B's and Another one came in name of WDP 4D

The 16 Cylinder 710G3B engine is Capable to run at 180Kmph, but currently runs at Max speed of 130Kmph, The WDP EMD class is the most successful class of Indian Railways among Diesel Locomotives

The Most Prestigious Shed : Diesel Loco Shed TUGHLAKABAD always takes away our breath with its beautiful liveries and TKD introduced for the first time the Tribute Series
In which the locomotives are painted with Special livery with Names of Warriors on it.
