We loved bringing to life a multi-sensorial experience of the bountiful forests of Goa, for , in the restored heritage jail museum

Imagine walking through a winding pathway of dense foliage set against illustrated backdrops of Goa's forests. Accompanied by sounds of the forest, fragrances and video projections of wildlife in their habitat. A photographic display of the rare fauna & flora of the Western Ghats greets you with a burst of colour and wonder. The bounty of the forest, its fruits, leaves and flowers adorn the tables as centrepieces. All coming together to create an immersive experience of the forest, inside the Aguad galleries.

This brochure for contemporary office spaces, resonated the avante garde architectural approach through its bold design.

A 262 acre township envisioned as a communication 'kit' and not just a brochure. A large hard cover docket held 3 individual books - a brochure, an architects sketchbook, a clipboard with plans - along with a film that revealed the intense thought process behind the township. A ceremonial event for prospective buyers as they opened it up on their dining tables with the rest of the family gathered around.

This one's an award winner :)
With zero body copy, this brochure bagged 'best brochure' at the Credai Bengal Realty Awards 2017. The idea was to do away with cliches and focus on whats important - the product. So we skipped the jaded real estate jargon and just did full page 3d rendered images of the project, interspersed with breather pages with short emotive text die-punched into fine textured paper. The punching mimicked looking through bay windows at beautiful vistas. The cover - a solid white board with the die-punched words 'A picture is worth a thousand words'. The binding - clean and bold, to match the concept.

Being productive during and finally uploading work done over the last 17 years. One every day :)

Branding + communication design for a luxury residential project coming up in Kolkata. The brochure was imagined like a journal maintained by a passionate developer, to counter the assumption that builders are concerned only with economics. These projects are always an opportunity to experiment with print technology and we used uncoated recycled paper with an exposed hand-stitched spine for the book, packaged in an understated kraft jacket.

Attention to detail was key.

Very proud to share our latest project in Kolkata ~ An experiential museum on the city, housed in a 179 year old heritage building, Metcalfe Hall, under the Archaeological Survey of India.

It was an intense 6 month long process involving Narrative Planning, Content Curation, Exhibition Design, Naming, Branding, Graphic Design & Supervision of Fabrication.

An introduction to the exhibition that came straight from our hearts....

Kolkata is not just a city; it is an enigma that resonates with people and touches them in ways that may be difficult to articulate. Most responses involve words like love, nostalgia, warmth, charm, character...but none can pin down exactly why Kolkata touches the heart (or a nerve!).

The exhibition, ‘Ami Kolkata’, is an experience of Kolkata, albeit just a glimpse.

It explores the tangible and intangible cultures that make Kolkata what it is. A city with its own sense of time and pace; one that can make you time-travel in a fleeting moment. A repository of memories. A vibrant canvas of cultural diversity and secular harmony, steadfastly painted over time. An incubator of creativity and pioneering thought. A layered composite of history, beliefs, cultures, thought and spirit. A sense of belonging that stays with you no matter how far you go.

Kolkata is a confluence of cultures and identities. The city absorbs everyone into its fold…a city of its people. As you spend time here, the city becomes you and you become the city.
