ith start-up company UV Infotech, then he realized the challenges and effort required to grow BIG in IT and to sustain the ranks of a great personality careerwise .. he noticed seniors and top professionals in his company and was trying to understand what it takes to become successful Manager in this Industry.. Slowly he raised the standards as he learnt new technologies, vibes, culture, behavior of successful people.. he was growing in confidence and his will always stayed with him and gave him the courage from time to time to build a career .. He was motivated by many factors like passion, determination, success in small ways and every new day he learnt something new which increase his confidence and make him more successful.. He worked steadily in making changes in his career develop as a person raise standards understand what it takes to work as professional with good vision
He got trained on his own to raise to the occasion and got good break in i-Flex Solutions.. the day he will never forget in his LIFE .. the branding of i-Flex solutions and the kind of people made him go bizarre and he just improved on his own and i-Flex Standards, HR and work culture along with the products and Banking Clients made him the person he was supposed to see himself.. The motivation he got from working with BIG CLIENTS gave him the high to achieve the impossible and he never looked back from this day onwards…
Later he grew as a person honest to himself to lead a good life and made every possible effort to make his career a good one and got recognition in the industry and some of the clients still remember him
His dream of writing books blossomed as he wrote first 2 books Rest Principles and IT and Evolving Systems.. he found himself a small author wanting to become successful and renowned amongst IT Veterans… To his surprise he came up with so many ideas and wrote successful books which did well in book publishing industry and reached Amazon, FlipKart and other book publishing houses

He realized he is here to stay and train IT Professioanls like he did earlier, You reap what you sow; he had gone through amazing such stories sent by his friend via mail and later thought everyone goes through it and life teaches everyone a lesson thus teaches all of them to be humble. He had amazing confidence in organizing a book, he thought of the book and its content for each book – created the chapter name, subject – wrote introduction of the book – and according to each book’s content plan the content its order and topics to be covered by doing some research – plan relevant topics and create book as required using self ideas.. Also he used to think about the kind of books users will be interested and also planned the number of pages suitable for each book.. Some of the books were written in a very standard way and the content is really important for book users.
