Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1)Prepare expense report for Directors in an accurate and timely manner
2)Data entry of expense reports and invoices into accounting system.
3)AP: Check and data entry of supplier's invoices, ensure appropriate approval for invoices before payments; issuance of cheque payment
4)Cash & bank: Data entry of bank/cash receipts and payments; bank visit for cash withdrawal (petty cash top up)
5)Arrange postage and courier of documents and Phone call answering
6)Reports printing and filing
7)Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by MD
Requirements:
>Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and general admin support function
>Able to multi-task and manage deadlines.
>Meticulous, independent, highly organized.
