CTC: up to 3.95 LPA + Business Development Allowances + Incentives

Job Description:
The Sales Manager / Recruitment & Development Manager - Tied will be responsible for (Recruiting, Coach & Sales):
Recruiter:-
Your primary role will be to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors and build up the agency business.
Coach:-
As a coach, your role will be to develop Life Advisors to make them self dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their career path with Kotak Life Insurance.
Sales Leader:-
As a sales leader, your role will be to drive sales for the company through your team of life advisors, motivate your team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.
Job Specification:
* Qualification - Atleast a graduate
* Total experience of at least 1 years, out of which at least 1 year of sales experience is required (can be a front line seller). If MBA then at least 1 year of sales experience
* Age: 23.5 & above
* Must be a local resident for at least 2.5 years within 60 kms radius and could reach the branch within 1 to 1.5 hours
Preferred candidates from sales/marketing back ground who has experience in direct sales/channel sales or handling dealer, distributor/ distribution network in any sectors or Life insurance sectors.
