• Accessibility embedded into regulated financial infrastructure - WCAG-aligned audits across Web, Android, and iOS ensured equal participation in capital markets, not just compliance.
• Inclusion scaled beyond the organisation - at the Coalition of the Willing in Delhi, WinVinaya InfoSystems joined a national movement, bringing grounded, tested models to a larger ecosystem.
• A developer's journey redefined - Dharanipathy came to write code. One year later, he was training Persons with Disabilities, remediating documents for visually impaired learners, and learning sign language. Inclusion had changed him.

"I could code. That was enough."
That was Dharani Pathy's mindset a year ago.

Accessibility? Inclusion?
Just HR buzzwords.
Then something changed.
He built a document remediation solution.
A visually impaired learner opened the file – and read it independently for the first time.
No help. No intermediary.
Just access.
That moment shifted everything.

Over the past year at WinVinaya Infosystems, Dharanipathy has:

- Enabled learners with visual impairment to access education independently
- Trained fresh graduates in Java, Selenium, Playwright and CI/CD
- Conducted WCAG accessibility testing for a financial services platform
- Trained Persons with Disabilities in Python and Flask development
- Completed the DAO Certification on NammAcademy
- And started learning sign language. Not because he had to, but because it mattered

Republic Day | When Equality Becomes Lived

The Constitution of India promises equality, dignity, and participation .
But these values become real only when systems are built so everyone can learn and contribute.

Marimuthu grew up with visual impairment in classrooms that weren’t designed for him. Access was limited, and learning was isolating. Equality existed in principle, but not yet in practice.

That changed in an inclusive school, where access was created without lowering expectations.

Years later, Marimuthu became the first in his family to earn a master’s degree. Today, he trains students with visual impairment on digital skills and guiding them toward independence.

In those classrooms, he is not defined by disability.
He is respected for what he contributes.

That is the Republic in action.

He uses Copilot to create visuals that make lessons clearer and more engaging for his students.

Suresh, also a person with hearing and speech impairment, uses ChatGPT to create a proposal for a middle school to introduce digital learning . In just a few minutes, AI helps him complete nearly 70% of the structure and language, while he adds his own thinking, context, and educational intent.

For both of them, AI is not about replacement.
It is about working smarter, faster, and with confidence.
