A tester who used to click through the same screens ten times before every release — now writes one check and lets the computer do the rest.

A student who had never touched a computer — walked out with a résumé they built themselves.

A science teacher who was curious about AI — created working flashcards from his own lesson plan, live, in the session.

A person with visual impairment who wondered if AI was even for them — started tailoring résumés, analysing job descriptions, and building accessible webpages.

September gave us four stories like these. Each one started with a real question — Can I actually do this? — and ended with proof that the answer is yes.

🔧 6 testers at HealthAsyst went from manual testing to deployment-ready automation in 25 days.
🎓 17 educators from TEACH, Mumbai built AI-powered teaching tools from their own materials.
💻 50 students across 6 departments at Hindustan College gained workplace-ready digital skills under Avtar’s Nipuni Career Pathing initiative.
🧑‍🦯 38 persons with visual impairment completed a 10-day Gen AI programme with EnAble India — using screen readers, real workflows, and four different AI platforms.

73 students with hearing and speech impairments in rural Tamil Nadu went from near-zero digital skills to typing at 30 WPM, building GenAI prompts, and presenting live - in 7 months. Average scores moved from 15.8% to 74.5%.

We have audited 8 websites - uncovering critical WCAG 2.1 gaps, validated by persons with disabilities. Each client walked away with a clear, certified path to compliance.

This month, three stories reflect that belief in action.
• Accessibility embedded into regulated financial infrastructure - WCAG-aligned audits across Web, Android, and iOS ensured equal participation in capital markets, not just compliance.
• Inclusion scaled beyond the organisation - at the Coalition of the Willing in Delhi, WinVinaya InfoSystems joined a national movement, bringing grounded, tested models to a larger ecosystem.
• A developer's journey redefined - Dharanipathy came to write code. One year later, he was training Persons with Disabilities, remediating documents for visually impaired learners, and learning sign language. Inclusion had changed him.

When inclusion is the architecture, not the afterthought, its impact compounds.

"I could code. That was enough."
That was Dharani Pathy's mindset a year ago.

Accessibility? Inclusion?
Just HR buzzwords.
Then something changed.
He built a document remediation solution.
A visually impaired learner opened the file – and read it independently for the first time.
No help. No intermediary.
Just access.
That moment shifted everything.

Over the past year at WinVinaya Infosystems, Dharanipathy has:

- Enabled learners with visual impairment to access education independently
- Trained fresh graduates in Java, Selenium, Playwright and CI/CD
- Conducted WCAG accessibility testing for a financial services platform
- Trained Persons with Disabilities in Python and Flask development
- Completed the DAO Certification on NammAcademy
- And started learning sign language. Not because he had to, but because it mattered

"I stopped seeing inclusion as something I do for disabled people. I started seeing it as something I do with them."
