Mr. Natwar Loyalka is an Indian entrepreneur, industrialist, and civic advocate widely recognized for modernizing grounding and surge safety across India’s electrical infrastructure. He is the Founder and Chairman/CEO of Greentech Earthings and Earthingkart Solutions Pvt. Ltd., leading ventures specializing in advanced chemical earthing, surge and lightning protection systems, and sustainable electrical components.
Hailing from Dhanbad, Jharkhand, Mr. Loyalka built his foundational corporate acumen in retail liabilities and commercial banking with institutions such as HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, and ING Vysya Bank. Transitioning to industrial manufacturing in 2015, he identified critical safety vulnerabilities across emerging commercial and residential real estate sectors, subsequently launching Greentech Earthings to engineer reliable, maintenance-free grounding solutions. Under his leadership, the group has developed an expansive nationwide distribution footprint.
