PQC SUPPORT IS NOT PQC USE.
A supported cryptographic algorithm is not proof that a particular connection actually negotiated it.
Our latest FAZON TLS 1.3 laboratory experiment illustrates the distinction:
C1: Hybrid negotiation — 42 synthetic application bytes received.
C2: Strict rejection — no completed session, 0 bytes received.
C3: Classical negotiation under a deliberately widened configuration — 54 bytes received.
C3 was detected after the connection completed. It was not prevented.
The central engineering lesson:
Detection is not prevention.
A library capability, a negotiated connection and an enforced security profile require different evidence.
Our latest article by Meir Goldman examines these observations and their limits.
