I love a challenge—finding a new way to see the ‘unseeable’. When I shot the Hook Lighthouse, I was determined to find perspectives beyond the usual postcard view. The light called for a monochrome finish to really honor its status as the oldest working lighthouse in the world.

I have a selection of these Wexford shots on display, including some that were recently featured on RTE Nationwide.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Ireland’s Woodland Show Update

‼️Unfortunately due to the persistent rain forecast for the next two days I have decided not to attend Ireland’s Woodland Show. The craft fair is entirely outdoors without shelter, and unfortunately my work would be destroyed in the rain.
The show is going ahead so best of luck to those braving the elements!

Design Notions is heading to Co. Kilkenny for the spectacular Ireland's Woodland Show at Woodstock Gardens & Arboretum in Inistioge.

We’ll be nestled in the Carnival Area on the Croquet Lawn for the weekend, showcasing our County Heartmaps. Whether you want to treat yourself or are looking for the perfect gift, we’ll have them all on display. Plus, we’ll be taking commissions for custom maps—so bring your ideas!

But we’re just one piece of the puzzle! The Woodland Show promises a fantastic weekend out for all ages:

Design Notions will be in Dunmore East for the Sunday Craft Market on the lawns of the Haven Hotel.
There will be a number of quality artisan crafters with a wide selection of goods available, so why not pop over and pick up something made local?!
