🎭✨ Proud to finally share “College Players — A Century of Theatre 1926-2026”!

Over 4 months, and I poured our hearts into this 252-page book and exhibition. Huge thanks to authors Joan McGarry, Niall Moore, and Dave Griffin for their incredible historical detective work! 🕵️‍♀️📚

From Ken’s striking cover design to the full layout and image editing, it’s been an honour to celebrate College Players’ impact on Limerick’s culture. 💚

🎭✨ So proud to finally share this amazing project with you all: “College Players — A Century of Theatre 1926-2026”!

Over the last 4 months, my husband Ken Coleman and I have poured our hearts into this 252-page book and exhibition. A massive shout-out to authors and editors Joan McGarry, Niall Moore, and Dave Griffin for their incredible detective work! 🕵️‍♀️📚 They dug deep to uncover every detail, date, photo, programme, and story, weaving them into a stunning historical narrative.

On the design side, Ken created the striking cover and inside covers, while we worked side-by-side scanning and editing the hundreds of images provided. I then handled the full book and layout design—selecting the font styles, placing every image, and crafting unique heading styles, colours, and formatting to bring the content to life. 🎨💻

It’s been an absolute honour to use our graphic design skills to celebrate College Players’ rich legacy and their huge impact on Limerick’s art and culture. 💚

Huge thanks to Margaret Yelverton Corr, Project Manager at College Players, for her leadership and vision throughout this journey. We’re also so grateful to the entire team for their trust and the fantastic teamwork that made this possible! College Players Theatre Company

4th of December🎉🎂, I want to thank you all, family and friends. I am so filled with love for all your calls and messages. My husband and son spoiled me a lot today, followed by a lovely lunch with my in-laws.
I had a wonderful time last Saturday with very good friends I appreciate so much. I am so grateful for all that surrounds me. Although it is hard to celebrate in this complicated world. It is a bittersweet feeling that is hard to navigate knowing all that is happening is heartbreaking, unbearable.
Free them all. Keep your eyes open. Support the good over profit.

I want to extend my heartfelt support and admiration to all 44 Delegations involved in the , many of whom have set off from Barcelona to Gaza today 🇵🇸. My thoughts and love are with each member of the crew, along with their families and friends, for their incredible bravery. Your journey to help the people of Gaza is truly inspiring and embodies the purest form of love. I feel immense pride knowing that Colombia, Spain, and Ireland are part of this beautiful, coordinated non-violent fleet. These three countries hold significant meaning in my life and history. Please take care and stay safe!
Please keep asking your governments around the world to stop genocide and famine to these people, to not be complicit in war, providing arms through the airports, to not renew any deals to keep contributing to all this madness this is for Gaza and all the countries that are under war and abuse of power like Congo or Ukraine or other country that is leading with fear and abusive systematic atack to their own people.
To my dear family and friends, I urge you to do whatever you can—please donate, share widely, and support these extraordinary individuals.
I have created this artwork to honour all the lives of children, men and women’s and entire families that have lost all. To honour too all the crew that have sailed today and all the leaders that keep working to stop this! Free P/A/L/E/S/T/I/N/E
