I graduated from college in 1992, it's hard to believe that was 34 years ago!

Like all my fellow graduates, I worked incredibly hard during a time when success was measured by the no. of hours you worked, the title you held, and the car you drove.

If I could advise my 22-year-old self today, I would shout: “SLOW DOWN." Absorb the ocean, the sky, and the nature all around you. Breathe it all in.

I recorded a professional call with a client group yesterday. Before everyone joined the call, someone said they had the flu and another mentioned that they had lovely mushroom risotto in a Galway restaurant. I then talked about my approach to training (NOT DATING!!) . This is how AI summarised the meeting intro ....

“The discussion covered Eithne's upcoming show "Flu Seed" scheduled for October and November, which will include content about mushrooms. Eithne discussed her podcast "People Your Area" which has been running for nearly two years and focuses on friends experiences. The conversation also touched on Eithne's approach to dating, including her preference for traditional dating over apps.
