You can almost feel the sea breeze!

Created for Roots Restaurant in Southbourne, a Michelin Guide-recommended destination with an exquisite tasting menu, these bespoke menu booklets were designed to reflect the restaurant’s distinctive coastal character.

Featuring pocket-fold inserts for the ever-changing tasting menu, alongside a coordinating drinks menu, every detail was thoughtfully considered. Inspired by the local coastline, the restaurant’s artwork and its beautiful fish-glass mobiles, the collection brings together subtle coastal influences and considered design to create a look that feels entirely at home in this unique setting.

This year has felt a little different.

It’s been a shift towards a calmer mindset, slowing down where I can and placing more focus on creating a calmer nervous system. It’s something that has helped me stay focused throughout what has been a busy — and at times chaotic — wedding season.

I’m incredibly grateful to have delivered so many beautiful weddings throughout the summer, with just a handful of celebrations still to complete later this month.

To every couple who has chosen to work with me this year, thank you. It is always a privilege to be trusted with such an important part of your wedding and to create something that will become part of the story of your celebration.

And to the wonderful wedding planners who have recommended my work and trusted me with their couples — thank you.

As the season begins to slow, I’m looking forward to a little rest, some time to reset creatively and seeing what opportunities the coming months may bring as we move towards 2027.
