The standard for customer service is changing around the globe, and Spain’s new law is leading the way 🚨

If you run a business or customer support team, here are some highlights from the new law to be aware of 👇

📞 Customers will have the mandatory right to speak with a human rep
⏰ You must keep the average phone wait times under 3 minutes
📩 You must resolve general complaints in 15 days

With strict rules like a 3-minute max call wait time and guaranteed human access, these new laws are adapting to the rise of AI fast.

It won't be long before we see more of this in Ireland, and tbh we love to see it 🙂
