We're kicking off a 6-part series on getting payer Salesforce orgs AI-ready. First up: why Agentforce pilots stall when data, automations, and validation aren't ready. We built a working proof of concept to test it.

Colum Sisk & Mark Rainford attended National Association of Dental Plans CONVERGE alongside TriForza partners Ayesha Ghaffar & Vinayak Mathur. Great meeting with attendees, and congrats to our raffle prize winners from Ameritas and Cigna. The team made the most of the trip, even catching an Indianapolis Colts game!

DDNJ, New Jersey's largest dental coverage provider, has been a long-standing client of 8 West. Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming them back to our Cork office.

As always, meeting in person to plan upcoming projects gave us the chance to work closely and organise our efforts. Beyond the meetings, it was great to share a bit of Cork with our guests!

Over the next couple of weeks, a few of us from 8 West are taking to the road to attend key industry events in the US.

If you’re attending any of these events, we’d love to grab a coffee and a chat.

Delighted to welcome Delta Dental Plans Association to our Cork offices recently.

We focused on how 8 West can help DDPA deliver more value to the Delta Dental member companies, reconnected as a team, and even took to the pitch for some Gaelic Football and Hurling courtesy of Munster Technological University. Huge thanks to the DDPA team for making the trip across the Atlantic.

A great day out on the fairways for the 8 West Consulting crew at Muskerry Golf Club Cork last Friday!
8 West was proud to sponsor and field two teams in the Marymount Golf Classic, all in support of the incredible work done by Marymount University Hospice.
