You call us and tell us the nature of your problem. We will advise you there and then of our call out cost and inspection fee. We will call you back within a few hours and advise if the work ca
n be carried out on your property or if we need to take your computer to our workshop We call to your home, if we are unable to repair your computer within an hour we will take it to our workshop. At this point you do not have to pay us
COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND
We evaluate your computer further and a member of our team will contact you and discuss the cost of your repair. If you do not wish to go ahead you pay us the minimal call out and inspection fee of which you were told about when you first called us and we return your computer. When the repair is complete we will deliver your computer back to you and you can verify the repair with a member of our team. This offers complete peace of mind to our customers. If for any reason you are not happy with the repair you can discuss it with a member of our team while he or she is with you.
