Customer logins will be emailed to everyone where you can then gain access to the new customer portal. You can view, pay and download your invoices as normal.

An app will also be made available shortly.

Only amazed its taken this long. Looks like ESB's antiquated network has fallen over AGAIN. Assume a cow has farted near a pole. Out of our control. Please vent frustration at ESB. Regardless of if your 'working from home' etc etc we can do nothing about the outage
