🏙️ Britney Spears - Overproteced (Darkchild Remix).

💥 I believe I explained the impact of the song with the previous drawing of the album version music video. The impact it had on me started with the Britney album enhanced CD upon hearing it to the bts of Crossroads. This Max Martin masterpiece was (and still remains) an anthem of impowerment and self-reliance. I still chant the final lines of the breakdown when insecurities or self-doubts creep up.

📺 Now, this video by CHRIS APPLEBAUM gave us one of the sharpest, fiercest and most gorgeous versions of Britney. I am still equally in awe of her looks and choreo. The era was giving. Most generous era of her career, and we still relish in it 25 years later.
