2025 also marks nearly a year since we started . Over this time, we’ve worked with incredible professionals—from vocational trainers to neurodiversity researchers—and partnered with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology ( ) to develop an AI-powered model. Thanks to breakthroughs in AI technology, we’re now able to analyze a wide range of data more effectively, helping us assess each user’s preferences and skills with greater accuracy. This allows us to match them with jobs that truly fit.

Our vision goes beyond just finding jobs. For us, it’s about building confidence and creating a sense of fulfillment—especially for neurodiverse individuals. ❤️

Recently we’ve witnessed heartbreaking news, from aviation accidents to new epidemics and devastating wildfires. It reminds us how important it is to maintain a positive mindset. Finding joy, purpose in work and feeling that sense of accomplishment—it’s all part of fostering emotional well-being. That’s the ultimate goal we aim to achieve.

Let’s Introduce the Inspiration Behind Our Project - LoveXpress 🌟

For over 10 years, have been helping neurodiverse individuals through vocational training, working hard to build a more inclusive society. 💡

With their support, we’ve learned that for neurodiverse individuals, a “career” is more than just a job. It’s about finding happiness, building confidence, and discovering a sense of purpose. Some even grow into leaders through their work. This is so inspiring and reminds us why we’re here. 💪

Working closely with LoveXpress, we’ve identified the key pain points and the gaps in career development for neurodiverse individuals. But here’s the exciting part: with and , we’re creating solutions that fill these gaps. Our online gamified training programs not only make career matching more accurate but also scalable, opening doors to endless possibilities.

Hey UpCareer Fam! Happy Friday again! 🥳

👋 Last week, we shared an overview of UpCareer project. Today, I want to dive into why we're so passionate about this initiative and why we started in Hong Kong.

❓Do you know❓
Hong Kong has one of the highest autism rates worldwide, with 1.68 per 1,000 children under 15 diagnosed with ASD. This highlights a pressing need for better support and solutions for the autistic community.

🤯 The Challenge
Changing careers is tough for anyone, but it's especially challenging for individuals with autism. Resources are limited, not just in Hong Kong but globally.

🕹️Our Approach: Gaming!
As a small team of gamers with big dreams, we knew we had to be innovative. That's why we're leveraging technology to make a difference. Here's how:

🎮 Gamulation! (Game + Simulation). We're creating engaging "gamulations" to collect behavioral data in a fun and interactive way.
🤖 AI Insights: Using AI, we analyze this data to provide personalized career recommendations based on real insights.

We believe this tech-driven approach can empower individuals with autism to find fulfilling careers.
