On 1/28 we announced financial results for fiscal year ended 9/30/24, led by strong growth in revenue and net income.

SU Group reported an 11.3% increase in revenue led by growth in security-related engineering services which increased 9.0% yoy.

Net income increased by 8.7% on a year over year basis to US $1.4 Million.

Today SU Group announced we will sell AI-aided X-ray screeners to one of Asia's largest airlines.

The premier airline will initially purchase 11 AI-aided X-Ray screeners designed for screening air cargo to identify dangerous goods and prohibited items.

Our proprietary Threat Stopper adaptable AI-aided X-ray screeners offer enhanced security, efficiency, & adaptability that ultimately contributes to safer and smoother operations, while providing a significant advantage in evolving threat landscapes.

Today we announced a US$4.4 million win, representing the largest contract in the Company's history. Of the total US$4.4 million, US$3.2 million is being recognized as revenue in calendar year 2024 and the balance in calendar year 2025.

SU Group successfully designed and fully installed an integrated security and monitoring system for the hostel and academic building complex at Hong Kong Baptist University 香港浸會大學 (HKBU). Along with system design, provisioning, and implementation, SU Group also carried out thorough testing and commissioning of the systems.

The HKBU hostel and academic building complex includes 1,700 living spaces and a four-level Creative Hub. This state-of-the-art hub features an eSports stadium, laboratories, a theatre, a recording studio, and one of the most advanced one-stop film score recording studios in Southeast Asia. The Creative Hub is designed to support the University's efforts in advancing teaching, research, and knowledge transfer in the field of creative media.

It's been a groundbreaking year for SU Group Holdings Limited, filled with significant achievements that underscore our strategic growth and dedication to innovation in the security-related engineering services sector.

In January, we marked a pivotal moment by successfully completing an initial public offering, debuting on the Nasdaq Capital Market with the ticker symbol SUGP.

March brought another highlight as we secured a 2-year security guarding contract with one of Hong Kong's leading private property asset and facility management groups, encompassing a prestigious 600-unit urban property.

Moving forward, May saw us join forces with SquareDog Robotics to pioneer AI-driven robotic security patrolling solutions, with a focus on elevating operational efficiency and safety across diverse settings.

July was a memorable month as we rang the Closing Bell at Nasdaq MarketSite in New York City. Concurrently, we clinched a substantial order from Airport Authority Hong Kong for our top-notch Shine Union Limited pedestrian gates and vehicle barrier gates, destined for the new Terminal Concourse at Hong Kong International Airport.

September heralded a strategic collaboration with UrbanChain Group, aimed at developing integrated AIoT solutions for car parking, security, and access control, bolstering our presence in Hong Kong, Macao, and Southeast Asia.

In May of this year we announced a partnership with SquareDog Robotics, a Hong Kong-based technology company specialized in robotic automation. Together we plan to mutually develop a fully AI-enabled robotic security patrolling solution that is able to fully or partly replace manual patrolling at offices, buildings, construction sites and other places.
