Tasks:
1. Responsible for introducing, managing, and promoting the platform.
2. Search for rich talent resources through different channels; find and discover new cooperation resources based on business need
3. Connect with the Hosts, have a deep understanding of Host work, and invite high-quality talents to our platform from gulf countries.
4. Monitor the weekly/monthly data of hosts, draft / adjust/optimize the operation plan accordingly
5. Responsible for maintenance of the relationship between talents, platform, and users
Qualifications:
1. Good English level
2. Have good interpersonal communication skills, writing skills, data analysis skills, and teamwork awareness
3. Have a strong sense of work responsibility and good enduring pressure
