The recent Update of Microsoft Social Engagement (MSE) has greatly improved its support to Facebook. Now that you can do the followings:
1. Directly publish new posts to company page
2. Monitor post under designated page, manual or using automatic rules to create new records (e.g. Case) in CRM
3. Assign posts to internal user or user group

We start trial with Microsoft Social Engagement and integration with Dynamics CRM in our own operation. Hopefully can further facilitate our updates to ITOPIA's page.

In advanced find of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 Update 1, the "Older Than X" filtering clause had been improved. Apart from "Older Than 100 months", you can now specify "Older Than 1440 minutes", "Older Than 2000 Hours", "Older Than 500 Days", "Older Than 100 Weeks" and "Older Than 100 Years".

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 Update 1 (7.1.0) has incorporated many new exciting features, some of which we (or you as well!) have longed for! The first one is the ability to customize the top-left logo, which could be updated as your company or organization logo. The navigation menu had also been revamped so it would be easier to use.

Update 1 starts to be available for Online version and please expect it to be available for On-Premise version by Autumn.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 with Cortana Integration

Dynamics CRM 2015, codenamed "Vega," aims to break down silos between sales and marketing . It includes integration with Microsoft's Cortana personal digital assistant technology, as well as integration with Social Listening social analytics capabilities.

Via Cortana, Dynamics CRM 2015 users will be able set up meetings and reminders, search for contacts, accounts and activities, view customer lists and create new customer records using voice commands. Microsoft also is building Cortana into Windows 10, although Cortana support is not yet enabled in the public.
