🚨One system, from detection to alert

AlphaNexus is GABES’s smart fire safety ecosystem. It connects every step from the first sign of fire to the people who need to know:

1️⃣AlphaSense: AI fire detectors installed in corridors, lift lobbies and renovation sites
2️⃣Gateway: collects signals from every detector in the building and sends them to the cloud
3️⃣AlphaView: lets property managers and the GABES engineering team keep track of the building at any time
The AI tells real fires from false ones. Cooking fumes and renovation dust are filtered out automatically, cutting false alarms by at least 97%*.

🛡️ GABES 與業界一同推動更智能和安全的消防未來

2026 年施政報告提出，香港消防處將於今年年底前，把「物聯網火警偵測系統」的應用範圍擴大至七層或以上的舊樓。業主可選擇裝設該系統，以替代傳統消防裝置，讓更多大廈及住戶享有實時偵測及迅速傳送火警訊號的保障。

在政策推出之前，GABES 已在相關項目中應用物聯網消防技術。能夠與業界一同為政策的推行出一分力，我們深感感恩，亦充滿動力，繼續為香港的消防安全作努力。

去年，我們與永泰亞洲（Wing Tai Asia）合作，為觀塘甲級寫字樓 Landmark East（兩座大樓合共 81 層）升級消防保護系統。項目採用 AlphaNexus AIoT 消防保護系統及 157 個 AlphaSense 火警偵測器，整套系統於 8 日內完成安裝。

項目成果包括：
✅ 誤報率降低 97%
✅ 無線安裝，免大規模佈線
✅ 數碼化、即時的消防管理

這次經驗讓我們看到，物聯網方案能在盡量減少影響日常生活的同時提升安全，對舊樓而言尤其重要！

🛡️Working with the industry toward smarter, safer fire protection

The 2026 Policy Address announced that, by the end of this year, the Fire Services Department will extend the usage of IoT Fire Detection System to older buildings of seven storeys or above. Owners can choose to install the system in place of conventional fire service installations. More buildings and residents will then benefit from real-time detection and fast fire alarm signalling.

GABES was already using IoT fire safety technology in projects before the policy was announced. We‘re grateful to play a part, alongside our industry partners, in putting it into practice, and we’re motivated to keep working toward a smarter and safer Hong Kong.

Last year, we worked with Wing Tai Asia to upgrade the fire protection system at Landmark East, a Grade A office development in Kwun Tong with two towers and 81 floors in total. The project used the AlphaNexus AIoT Fire Protection System and 157 AlphaSense smart detectors, installed in the corridors and lift lobbies within 8 days.

Project results:
✅ 97% fewer false alarms
✅ Wireless installation, with no extensive cabling
✅ Digital, real-time fire safety management

The project showed us that IoT solutions can improve safety with minimal disruption to daily life. That‘s especially important for older buildings!
