One Floor, One Vision: Delivering a Cohesive AV and Learning Environment for EduHK at M+ West Kowloon

We recently transformed the entire 16th floor at M+ Tower, West Kowloon into a fully integrated digital learning hub for EduHK. Here's what went in:

Displays & Visual
• Unilumin fine pitch LED walls, totaling 56m2 viewing area
• Projectors & visualizers
• Digital signage

Collaboration & Capture
• Wireless screen sharing
• Dome cameras for lecture capture & remote learning
• Teammate lecterns & collaboration table with built-in device connectivity

Audio
• Ceiling speakers & microphones (distributed audio system)

Lighting
• Lutron Athena lighting control system
• Energi Savr modules with occupancy & daylight sensors

Infrastructure
• AV over IP signal distribution across the entire floor
• Centralized touch panel control

The result is a cohesive teaching ecosystem where presentation, collaboration, lighting, and communication work together to support modern pedagogies and flexible learning scenarios.

Project – HKUST | MSc Learning Hub

To enhance the learning environment, HKUST MSc Learning Hub has installed Lutron's Athena lighting system. The system provides flexible and adaptive lighting, ensuring optimal illumination across different areas, from huddle space to meeting rooms. Also, daylight and occupancy sensors installed throughout the hub, maximizing its energy efficiency.

By implementing advanced lighting solutions, HKUST continues to create a dynamic and sustainable educational environment for its students.

BAP Annual Dinner 2025

BAP週年晚宴於二零二六年二月十三日假九龍香格里拉酒店舉行。當晚公司邀請員工及合作夥伴共聚一堂，一同回顧與慶祝過去一年努力的成果。

踏入第23個年頭，公司管理層於致辭中分享，團隊專注於策略部署、項目質素及營運效益，令公司業績再創歷史新高，充分體現BAP團隊在市場轉變下的應變能力與專業實力，這份成果實在得來不易，亦值得全體同事共同慶祝。

晚宴節目精彩豐富，除了精緻佳餚與互動遊戲外，今年亦繼承上年的WETSS頒獎環節，以表揚公司過去一年工程項目上的卓越成就，最令人期待的幸運抽獎環節更將氣氛推向高潮。當晚送出多份重量級獎品，包括Apple iPhone 17 Pro、SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Flip7、峇里島渡假之旅等，驚喜連連，掌聲不斷。
